What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects covering logistics, inventory, and supply chain modules.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, cross-functional teams, and stakeholder communication.
• Gather business requirements and translate logistics needs into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize Inventory, Purchase, and Delivery ERP modules.
• Oversee data migration from legacy systems and integrations with shipping carriers and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Conduct user training, support change management, monitor post-go-live performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise ERP logistics and supply chain systems.
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehouse, and supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bridge business operations with technical specifications.
• Ability to work in Los Angeles, California.

Nice to have

• Experience with Odoo ERP versions 15–17, Odoo.sh, or cloud-based deployments.
• Experience integrating shipping carriers and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python.
• PMP or Agile certification.
