What you will do
- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for key commodities.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to ensure procured parts and services meet specifications and standards.
- Align procurement activities with operations, engineering, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Use data analytics to track procurement performance and prepare management reports.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions and delivery across global sites.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Professional experience in global sourcing and procurement.
- Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and supplier relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
