Buyer (Procurement)

Location: Hybrid in San Luis Potosi, Mexico

What you will do

• Create and manage purchase orders according to requisitions, technical specifications, standard procedures, and corporate purchasing policies.
• Confirm deliveries with suppliers and monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery.
• Track goods received to verify correct delivery and support invoice processing.
• Manage order confirmations and deliveries to ensure production material requirements are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve material availability and supply chain performance.
• Identify new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, material planning, or related activities.
• Knowledge of purchasing and supply chain processes.
• ERP knowledge; SAP is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Advanced English is required.
