IT Business Analyst – BISA (Data/Power BI)

What you will do

• Analyze, maintain, and translate business requirements into designs, epics, features, and user stories.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritization, product strategy, and roadmap alignment.
• Analyze business processes, information needs, data quality, dependencies, and automated data feeds.
• Work in an Agile, multidisciplinary squad with Business Analysts, IT DevOps specialists, and UX Designers.
• Create test cases, define test scenarios, and test new or changed functionality.
• Support solution rollouts and contribute to stable, maintainable deliveries.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in banking and the data domain.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of data feeds, data models, process modelling, and BPMN.
• Experience with progression, non-regression, integration, and UAT testing, including test scenario design.
• Familiarity with release management, project management, Agile delivery, distributed teams, and solution rollouts.
• Mandatory: advanced English and affinity for Microsoft technologies including SSAS, SSIS, SQL, and Power BI. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, IT, or a related field.
