Business Analyst - Engineering (Manufacturing Engineering)

Location: Lisbon or Coimbra, Portugal; hybrid working model with onsite and offsite work. The Lisbon office is located at Parque das Nações.

What you will do

• Manage and progressively take ownership of KPI dashboards, delivery plans, and operational coordination with Finance stakeholders.
• Coordinate subcontracting activities from purchase order tracking through goods receipt and monitor risks related to late deliveries.
• Drive PRM supplier performance review milestones with supply chain managers in core countries.
• Maintain workforce and workload dashboards across domains and programmes and coordinate resource updates.
• Identify business risks and opportunities and turn data into actionable insights for internal customers.
• Standardize business management processes, support local initiatives, and apply lean management and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

• Background in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, business analysis, data management, or a comparable field.
• Early-career to fully proficient experience in business analysis, data management, or financial control.
• Ability to complete work with limited supervision and support solutions to recurring complex problems.
• Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Looker Studio, as well as Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English is required.
