Lead Business Analyst - Sales Operations (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of two Salesforce professionals, coordinating activities and monitoring performance.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, enhancements, configuration, and business process design.
• Translate business, management, and user requirements into effective Salesforce solutions and act as the liaison between business and technical teams.
• Integrate Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise systems to support reporting and holistic business insights.
• Define and analyze sales KPIs, coordinate dashboards and visualization tools, and communicate findings to management.
• Oversee data management, data quality, governance, system integrations, training, and user feedback.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis with a CRM focus and proven Salesforce implementation leadership.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce, SAP integration, and enterprise business intelligence tools.
• Expertise in sales process reporting, data analysis, data mining, visualization, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
