Associate, Strategy Development

Location: Rochester, New York, or Melbourne, Florida

Salary range: $53,500–$99,500 annually for eligible locations, including New York.

What you will do

• Track and proactively manage IRAD activities, including strategic merit, business cases, and program performance.
• Assess emerging technologies, disruptors, new market entrants, competitive activity, market trends, and customer needs.
• Evaluate and manage strategic business opportunities, initiatives, partnerships, and product opportunities.
• Support strategic planning, go-to-market strategies, market launches, messaging, integrated marketing campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Perform economic analyses and develop business models to assess long-term prospects.
• Support business units in defining strategic vision, strategies, tactics, and strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, liberal arts, data analysis, data science, or a related field, or completed the degree within the past 12 months.
• Work from the Rochester, New York, or Melbourne, Florida location.
• Ability to work an entry-level role under general direction and contribute to non-routine strategic and operational activities.
• Some positions may require eligibility to obtain a security clearance; security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
• Conditional offers may require government security investigations, background checks, and pre-employment substance abuse testing where permitted by law.
