Senior Strategy Consultant

Location: Onsite five days a week in Irving, Texas, or Peoria, Illinois, United States. Required domestic travel up to 25%. Domestic relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of mid- to long-term business development strategies with business partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and propose business growth opportunities.
• Facilitate projects, lead chartering sessions, and manage integration and compression sessions.
• Coach business partners on project management roles, responsibilities, tools, and processes.
• Design, establish, and monitor organizational project management goals.
• Manage performance metrics, dashboards, and supporting tools to improve business processes.

Requirements

• Strong communication, relationship management, strategic thinking, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple stakeholders and sources.
• Ability to maintain customer focus and create solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in the United States.
• US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Strong project management experience.
• Dealer, distribution, or relevant industry experience.
• Business development experience, especially exposure to mergers and acquisitions.
