Location: Addison, Texas, United States; hybrid office attendance with at least three days per week in the office; willingness to relocate to a hirify.global office location and travel based on project assignments required.

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct customer, market, and business research.
• Support marketing, customer experience, brand, go-to-market, and growth strategies.
• Analyze data to identify insights, opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and working sessions.
• Support customer journey and experience transformation initiatives.
• Develop presentations, recommendations, and client deliverables, including AI-enabled marketing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, Psychology, Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated academic achievement and leadership experience through education, work, community, or extracurricular activities.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and solve ambiguous business problems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to relocate to a hirify.global office location and travel according to project assignments.
