Salary: £30,000–£33,000 per annum

is recruiting for a payroll position within a busy finance team.
What you will do
- Process payroll from start to finish, including starters, leavers, sickness, maternity, and employee changes.
- Manage payroll data in Sage Payroll and complete manual calculations.
- Process HMRC updates, tax codes, student loans, third-party deductions, and pension contributions.
- Produce payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll and pension records.
- Respond to employee and manager queries while working with HR and the Payroll Manager to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous payroll administration experience and a good understanding of payroll processes and legislation.
- Strong Excel and general IT skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical ability, communication, and organisational skills.
- Sage Payroll experience is desirable.
- CIPP qualification or equivalent experience is advantageous.
