Technical Project Manager (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Manage New Product Introduction development from concept and project definition through product delivery and mass production.
• Lead Embedded Software activities and coordinate integration across software, hardware, design, product management, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Drive the integration of AI/ML features into device embedded software and the adoption of AI-driven tools for internal development workflows.
• Lead multi-functional, multi-site project teams and communicate project status, recommendations, risks, and escalations to stakeholders.
• Develop project timelines, track risks and scope changes, and implement actions to improve efficiency and time to market.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in a high-tech environment, covering cross-functional product development from initial concept through delivery and stable manufacturing.
• Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks and platforms on host and device sides, such as EdgeAI or TinyML.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering and embedded software.
• Deep knowledge of project management standards and methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects and sustaining activities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills across functions, organizations, and geographies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering and the ability to travel domestically regularly and internationally for project events.

Nice to have

• Formal project management training or PMP certification.
• Software or embedded software background and experience leading AI/ML product integration in embedded high-tech environments.
• Experience developing sustainable products.
