Senior Manager Finance Change & Technology

Location: Barcelona, Spain or Geneva, Switzerland. Hybrid work with up to 2 days per week from home; up to 30 days per year may be worked from any location worldwide as a flex-location benefit.

What you will do

• Build, prioritize, and manage the Finance & Legal Services transformation roadmap and portfolio.
• Lead transformation initiatives from diagnosis and process mapping through business-case development, implementation, and benefits realization.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or eliminate low-value manual activities.
• Develop and coordinate technology, automation, and AI roadmaps and capabilities with Engineering, IT, functional leaders, and external providers.
• Establish transformation governance covering priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and measurable benefits.
• Support operating-model changes and Finance integration activities for mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Experience in management consulting or corporate transformation, particularly Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, or Operating Model roles.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives from diagnosis to implementation.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and operating models.
• Strong project, stakeholder, structured problem-solving, executive communication, and influencing skills.
• Practical understanding of digital transformation, automation, and AI, with the ability to work with business and technical teams.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a leading consulting firm or international technology business.
• Experience with Finance technology implementation, AI or automation programs, or digital product delivery.
• Experience supporting M&A integration or post-merger transformation.
