Technical Project Manager (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex customer builds lasting approximately 90–120 days across multiple phases.
• Maintain the unified project schedule and coordinate customers, infrastructure partners, OEMs, integrators, and channels.
• Lead executive status calls, manage multi-vendor dependencies, and resolve delivery issues proactively.
• Partner with Solutions Architects and Sales on scope governance, dependency management, risk evaluation, and change control.
• Define phased acceptance plans and transition completed builds to Premium Services and Customer Success.
• Improve Professional Services playbooks and mentor junior engagement managers.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of technical program management experience in professional services, enterprise infrastructure, or consulting.
• Experience delivering fixed-fee and time-and-materials projects and coordinating multi-party teams without direct contractual authority.
• Working knowledge of deployment architectures, networked storage, AI/ML, or HPC infrastructure.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification required, with expertise in Waterfall/Agile delivery, budget tracking, change management, and phased acceptance.
• Strong executive presence, relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
