Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure)

hirify.global provides infrastructure services and is seeking a senior project manager for complex infrastructure projects.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Lead and support project teams, coordinating cross-functional delivery and performance.
• Monitor progress, resolve risks and issues, and provide status updates to clients and senior management.
• Manage contractors, vendors, suppliers, procurement, project expenses, and financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams and multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
