Project Manager

Location: Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with attendance in the office 2–3 days per week and at least 8 days per month.

What you will do

• Lead complex customer-facing projects from initiation through completion.
• Define and control project and work-package scope through formal change-control processes.
• Develop project and resource plans, secure stakeholder approval, and drive delivery against milestones.
• Identify and manage risks and issues while maintaining project governance and compliance with the hirify.global Project Delivery Framework.
• Manage project finances, billing milestones, costs, margins, contract value, and resource alignment.
• Coordinate customer delivery, technical workshops, deployment activities, engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Prince2 Practitioner certification or equivalent.
• Significant experience managing large and complex client-facing projects.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical details for on-site customers and multidisciplinary engineering or vendor teams.
• Commercial awareness and ability to interpret contractual details.
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain Secure Vetting (SC) clearance are required.
