What you will do

• Plan and manage assigned engineering and technology projects from initiation through delivery and closeout.
• Develop project plans, integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, budgets, and delivery forecasts.
• Coordinate execution across Engineering, Product Management, Test, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Field Support.
• Manage project risks, opportunities, issues, changes, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and customer or supplier commitments.
• Maintain project dashboards, status reports, expenditure tracking, forecasts, records, approvals, and lessons learned.
• Apply PMO governance, predictive, agile, or hybrid delivery approaches and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Typically 3–5 years of experience coordinating or managing engineering, technology, product development, or similarly complex projects.
• Knowledge of project management across scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risk, procurement, stakeholders, and communications.
• Experience with project plans, integrated schedules, risk registers, status reports, change records, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to drive actions without direct authority.
• PMP certification is preferred; CAPM, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent credentials are also considered. Security clearance or eligibility may be required for defence-related projects.

Nice to have

• Experience in SATCOM, communications, aerospace, defence, or another regulated, multi-disciplinary hardware and software environment.
• Active progress toward PMP certification.
