Project Manager (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of infrastructure projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk strategies.
• Coordinate internal resources, contractors, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, budgets, schedules, scope changes, risks, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve issues, develop contingency plans, and keep projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct status meetings and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive project management experience in the infrastructure sector.
• Track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, codes, standards, risk management, and quality assurance processes.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6.
