Sr. Global Supply Planner

Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Typical office environment with in-person collaboration; remote work requires prior approval.

What you will do

• Create, revise, and communicate long- and short-range global finished-goods supply plans.
• Manage pre-season wholesale seasonal buying plans and in-season execution for assigned factories.
• Monitor factory performance, load plans, capacity targets, production constraints, and potential solutions.
• Manage global purchase orders from creation through ex-factory, including regional transfers, factory reallocations, direct-ship alignment, and cost changes.
• Balance regional style and color buys, materials, production minimums, inventory turns, and demand fulfillment.
• Partner with demand planning, material planning, IT, and other functions to improve processes, automation, delivery precision, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5–8 years of professional experience in supply chain or a related discipline.
• Advanced understanding of global supply chain constraints and strong knowledge of supply-planning principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, presentation, project management, and process management skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheets, charts, pivot tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, and similar functions.
• Well-developed English speaking, reading, and writing skills are required.
