Agent/Lead Agent – Ocean Export (Logistics)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; onsite at 3/F, The Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh Street, Phu Tho Ward

What you will do

• Assist the Supervisor or Department Head with daily ocean export department operations.
• Manage customer service, customer retention, vendor relations, and operational handling.
• Process shipments and billing accurately and on time.
• Assist with accounts receivable and AJAX reports.
• Address and resolve daily exceptional reports while following procedures and productivity standards.
• Support other operational tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in ocean, logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
• University or college degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong organization, initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work extra hours when required.
