Supply Chain Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Bac Ninh or Vinh Phuc, Viet Nam, primarily at an HPE partner or customer office

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supply escalations, shortage mitigation, supplier engagement, and crisis response across multiple manufacturing sites and suppliers.
• Work with manufacturing partners to execute material orders through MRP signals and support production plans.
• Review and resolve CM/ODM material escalations, component shortages, non-nettable inventory issues, and long-pole items affecting commitments.
• Maintain purchase order coverage and accurate CRD dates, and manage PO cancellations and their supply chain impacts.
• Review and approve PPV and MOQ requests, conduct CTB assessments, and support broker purchasing activities.
• Attend supplier escalation calls and provide reporting to site teams, GCM, and executives while maintaining audit compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the electronics industry and similar supply chain roles; tier-one EMS experience is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills required, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP ERP, Windows, Microsoft Office, and other business systems.
• Knowledge of CTB, build plans, BOMs, ECOs, and DEVs.
• Ability to resolve issues independently in line with established processes and guidelines.
