What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain strategy, including demand planning, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Manage import-export activities, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Finance to align supply plans with market demand.
• Optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve turnover across raw materials and finished goods.
• Lead and mentor a multi-functional SCM team to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance inventory visibility and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial supply chain role within multinational manufacturing or trading companies.
• Proven expertise in demand planning, logistics, import-export, and warehouse management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• English proficiency required for effective communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complex operational challenges.
