Manager - SCM (Medical Devices)

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam. Onsite role.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across demand planning, import-export, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, transportation, distribution, and 3PL management.
• Develop supply chain plans, improve workflows and SOPs, manage operational budgets, and optimize costs and service levels.
• Analyze demand forecasts, coordinate long-term and mid-term supply plans with Sales and Production, and improve forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.
• Manage import-export operations, customs procedures, permits, tax-exemption applications, and import tax refund submissions.
• Oversee warehouse operations across in-plant, North, and South hubs, including distribution to dealers and cooperation with distributors and 3PL partners.
• Lead the SCM team, develop capabilities, track KPIs, maintain data integrity, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role in multinational manufacturing and trading companies.
• Experience managing multifunctional supply chain teams.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, logistics, import-export, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement skills.
• Good English communication skills required.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex operational activities.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
