Agent/Lead Agent - Distribution Warehouse

What you will do

• Process customer orders, distribution accounts, receiving allocations, shipping records, and inventory transactions.
• Check documentation and issue inbound receiving manifests and delivery orders to service providers.
• Prepare accurate operational, stock, inventory, and service-provider reports.
• Coordinate urgent and special shipping requests with transportation and operations teams.
• Trace orders, respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and provide shipment updates.
• Follow internal operating standards, government regulations, customer requirements, and company policies.

Requirements

• University or college degree, or equivalent qualifications.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good PC knowledge and accurate data-entry skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse or contract logistics environment; relevant experience is advantageous.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, innovative, and able to solve problems under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work additional hours when required and collaborate effectively in a team.
