Focus on reviewing declarations, advising on licensing and duty minimization, mentoring brokerage staff, and maintaining service and billing standards.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; onsite role

What you will do
- Support customs entry preparation, declaration filing, physical inspections, and customs liquidation for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor Customs Brokerage operations, internal metrics, customer KPIs, SOP compliance, and service quality.
- Review customs declarations and advise customers on licensing, classification, valuation, duty minimization, and related requirements.
- Represent the local team in dealings with Vietnamese Customs Authorities and respond to customs inquiries.
- Support business transitions, maintain customer SOPs, and identify opportunities to retain and develop customer business.
- Mentor and train team members while coordinating billing accuracy, accounting tasks, and regulatory updates.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience and knowledge in foreign trade, customs clearance, and customs brokerage operations.
- Good English skills in listening, reading, writing, and speaking, including the ability to understand cargo-related documents.
- Customer service, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Good PC skills, including MS Word and Excel; ability to work in a team under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime when required; a certified customs brokerage agent qualification is advantageous.
