Business Developer (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Develop supplier partnerships through performance management, capability development, and continuous improvement.
• Drive cost optimization, affordability, and best-buy opportunities across the value chain.
• Lead supplier performance initiatives and implement category strategies.
• Manage supplier transitions and sourcing changes to protect business continuity and long-term competitiveness.
• Provide market and supplier insights for fact-based decisions and business growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or related business development.
• Strong business development, supplier partnership, value chain optimization, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to lead projects, manage change, and collaborate across suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Interest in manufacturing, supply chains, and market dynamics.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese, written and spoken, is required.
