Manager, Liquidity Management (Crypto)

Location: London, UK. Hybrid collaboration includes coming into the office 10+ days per month.

What you will do

• Manage market maker relationships and external liquidity programs across RLUSD, hirify.globalX, and hirify.global Payments.
• Monitor market maker performance, prepare reporting, and escalate issues against program terms.
• Execute RLUSD taker adoption initiatives, incentive programs, and segment-level performance analysis.
• Coordinate liquidity across custodians, exchanges, banks, OTC desks, and market makers while monitoring bridge inventory and venue positioning.
• Work with Risk, Trading, Leadership, Product, Business Development, Legal, and Operations on depeg management, risk mitigation, and scalable processes.
• Prepare market analysis and partner materials while identifying financial institutions and investors interested in tokenized real-world assets.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in traditional markets, crypto, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of digital liquidity, market making, liquidity provision, and trading markets.
• Experience with crypto, moving funds, DeFi, blockchain technology, and major industry participants.
• Ability to structure unclear systems and solutions, manage multiple programs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• BS/BA in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another analytical discipline.

Nice to have

• DeFi know-how and experience with stablecoins, tokenized assets, and real-world assets.
