Risk Support Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Progress hirify.global Complete pre-checks, applications, and credit requests, ensuring information is complete and accurately recorded.
• Maintain clear, audit-ready case notes and document decisions, recommendations, and outstanding requirements.
• Work with CPC Sales and Credit Lifecycle colleagues to deliver timely outcomes and reduce avoidable rework.
• Support exposure monitoring, customer reviews, and wider credit controls across CPC and the portfolio.
• Identify risk indicators, missing information, and cases requiring escalation to Analysts, Underwriters, or Credit Managers.
• Use Salesforce, Excel, and internal risk tools to maintain data quality, support reporting, and improve routine processes.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and confidence working in controlled, time-sensitive processes.
• Good Excel skills and experience working with customer or application data.
• Clear communication, sound judgement, and confidence raising concerns.
• Ability to prioritise competing work while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Collaborative, curious, and improvement-focused approach.
• Experience in credit risk, underwriting, fraud, financial services, or portfolio management is desirable but not essential.
