Operational Supplier Coordinator

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for Inbound Supply Chain Management with suppliers and internal customers.
• Secure material availability for factories and field operations by monitoring supplier agreements, performance indicators, and shortages.
• Manage a portfolio of parts, analyze demand and supply trends, and translate risks into actions such as supply investigations and replenishment optimization.
• Participate in supplier improvement projects and drive operational improvement plans with Logistic and Quality Supplier Managers.
• Coach and train suppliers in the use of hirify.global systems, portals, processes, tools, and techniques.
• Analyze and report material availability, MRP dependencies, status, progress, impact, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience with planning, Inbound Supply Chain Management, material planning, and supply chain processes in a production environment.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain flows, MRP, and ERP planning systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, including high-tech, low-volume production.
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management, prioritization, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
