Sr. Demand Planner

What you will do

• Coordinate biweekly funnel reviews and order tracking for China Mainland and Taiwan.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, demand variance, sales trends, and other key performance indicators.
• Lead monthly demand rolling forecast reviews, challenge assumptions, obtain business alignment, and submit updates in Rapid Response.
• Develop statistical forecast models using historical sales, market intelligence, demand drivers, product launches, and supply constraints.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and plant network planners to establish consensus forecasts and inventory strategies.
• Improve demand planning processes, tools, forecast models, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience in demand planning processes, techniques, and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5–7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, including process improvement, training, and coaching.
• Advanced mathematical, statistical, analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting, modeling, analysis, simulation tools, and demand-planning software.
• Experience working in a team-based environment and collaborating across commercial, sales, marketing, finance, product development, and manufacturing functions.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• Experience with Rapid Response and Tableau.
• Knowledge of software supporting demand planning activities.
