District Sales Manager - Gadget Insurance (Bali)

What you will do

• Manage partner sales targets for the assigned area.
• Visit five points of sale every day.
• Ensure the gadget insurance program operates effectively and achieves its sales targets.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams on sales, competitors, and field issues.
• Monitor partner field team activities and conduct training and refresher sessions online or offline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, or at least one year of supervisory experience in the smartphone and electronics retail industry.
• Strong network in the retail industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and with a high degree of mobility.
• Ability to maintain good relationships with client sales forces.
• Availability to work in Bali, Indonesia and perform regular field visits.
