Technical Account Manager (AdTech)

Location: Spain. Remote work, office work in Spain, or temporary work from another location worldwide is available.

What you will do

• Conduct technical operations for clients and coordinate technical issues during online campaign launches and execution.
• Support technical integration between rtb.com and clients’ e-commerce platforms.
• Work with sales teams to deliver effective customer support.
• Monitor and analyze online campaign performance.
• Propose process optimizations to achieve internal and external business goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technical support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing.
• Experience with one or more programming languages, such as HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, or Python, or with API-based systems integration.
• Experience with debugging tools such as Google Chrome DevTools and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience using Google Analytics 4; knowledge of mobile measurement platforms is an advantage.
• Fluent English, strong analytical skills, motivation to learn, good time management, and attention to detail.
