Senior Digital Project Manager (Digital Manufacturing)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; Gebze, Turkey; or Skofja Vas, Slovenia. Hybrid with 2 days in the office or fully remote depending on the country of hire.

What you will do

• Implement digital projects and large-scale transformation programs across manufacturing sites, functions, and business units.
• Identify business opportunities and quantify improvement potential using business analysis and data-driven insights.
• Develop and deploy digital and operational technology programs covering advanced analytics, process digitalization, automation, and robotics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of analytics engineers, data scientists, designers, technical specialists, and end users.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, stakeholder relationships, and external business partnerships.
• Coach colleagues on digital manufacturing topics and apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver sustainable business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or another engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing environments and industrial operations.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing digital manufacturing solutions at regional or global scale.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with analytics, engineering, automation, and digital specialists in complex, matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification.
• Data science experience or strong affinity with data science.
• Product Owner or Scrum Master certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing certification, or experience in lean manufacturing.
