Investment Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Support the Investment Operations Manager, Investment team, Finance team, and colleagues with investment oversight.
• Manage operational aspects of relationships with the Investment Adviser, Custodian, and other third-party providers.
• Coordinate investment data collection and analysis, including performance reporting, cost analysis, and board reporting.
• Assist with setting up new investments by coordinating legal and tax advice.
• Support audits and provide administrative assistance for the quarterly Investment Committee.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in Investment Operations, reporting, or accounting.
• Strong ICT skills, including Excel and CRM systems.
• Experience with data collection and analysis, forecasting, and charting trends.
• Exposure to hedge funds, venture capital, or custodians is advantageous.
