Senior Investment Portfolio Operations Analyst (FundHouse)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Maintain model portfolio data using internal Excel tools and third-party data providers.
• Administer model portfolios on investment platforms and implement trades.
• Build working relationships with platform providers, clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Produce and distribute client reporting and manage Client Support Site access and content.
• Handle operational queries and resolutions by email and telephone.
• Develop expertise in UK retail investment platforms, model portfolios, and the fund universe.

Requirements

• Experience in an investment operations environment.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
• Good understanding of model portfolios.
• Experience with retail investment platforms.
• Ability to work to deadlines in an organised and efficient manner.
