Sr. Technical Marketing Engineer (Device Security)

What you will do

• Develop competitive positioning, technical differentiators, and customer-facing narratives for IoT and OT security solutions.
• Lead customer workshops and technical design sessions covering complex deployment architectures and configuration practices.
• Identify deployment challenges and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Support to influence product roadmaps and feature enhancements.
• Drive post-sales product adoption, customer satisfaction, renewals, proofs of concept, and trials.
• Manage customer soak sites and analyze field feedback to validate product robustness, improve usability, and reduce support tickets.
• Deliver advanced technical training and enablement content for Systems Engineers, channel partners, and field teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in IoT, OT, IIoT, IoMT, and network security.
• Deep expertise in network traffic analysis, threat detection, security architecture, passive IoT security, device discovery, behavioral analysis, and anomaly detection.
• Strong wired and wireless network architecture skills, including network designs, data flows, and segmentation strategies.
• Experience with SPAN, RSPAN, ERSPAN, network taps, and traffic monitoring solutions such as Gigamon.
• Proficiency with Modbus, DNP3, BACnet, MQTT, OPC UA, Network Access Control, and Next-Generation Firewall solutions.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent military or professional experience.
