Supplier Quality & Development Engineer

What you will do

• Support the quality strategy for the local organizational unit and contribute to quality culture, systems, tools, and team capability.
• Evaluate suppliers using PPM performance data and manage customer complaints.
• Conduct supplier audits based on ISO 9001 standards.
• Evaluate and develop new supplier projects, including on-site reviews and validations.
• Implement preventive and corrective actions and supplier recovery plans.
• Collaborate with local functions to improve quality performance and achieve sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, supplier quality management, and root cause analysis tools including RCA, 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys.
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong negotiation, communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.
