Sr Business Consultant

Location: Helena, Montana, United States

Base pay: $69,800–$125,900 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Lead business analysis across functional areas in support of divisional strategies.
• Coordinate complex, strategic, cross-divisional, and enterprise-wide projects from inception through completion.
• Oversee project teams, resources, budgets, and critical implementation timelines.
• Engage with senior management across multiple divisions and support prioritization of transformational programs.
• Provide local-market support by translating leadership priorities into internal and external engagement activities and operational actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations, or healthcare.
• At least 3 years of experience leading large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience communicating with senior management, developing presentations, resolving problems, interpreting business and financial information, and managing multiple complex projects.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends, with strong negotiation, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office products.
• Must work in or be based near Helena, Montana.
