Marketing Specialist Bathroom & Wellness Italy (Manufacturing)

Location: Milano, Italy; ability to travel in Northern Italy required.

What you will do

• Execute the centrally defined marketing strategy for the Italian market across the Villeroy & Boch and Ideal Standard brands.
• Manage the allocated marketing budget, spending limits, and approval processes.
• Coordinate with the Brand Manager and portfolio managers to execute channel plans aligned with brand and portfolio strategies.
• Apply central processes, toolkits, and brand guidelines while optimizing spend and ROI.
• Identify relevant customer points of sale through structured segmentation and collaborate with sales teams on display management.
• Analyze channel results and ROI generated by display programs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent Italian and English, spoken and written.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills for working with distributors, channel partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Project management experience.
• Budget management experience.
• Ability to travel across Northern Italy.
