Senior Solutions Architect (AI/HPC Infrastructure)

Location: U.S. Remote; customer focus across the United States. Willingness to travel as needed.

What you will do

• Lead the customer journey from product sale through onboarding, installation, and production deployment.
• Manage installation projects, including risk assessment, planning, deployment scheduling, and status reporting.
• Design end-to-end solutions and document architectures through diagrams, specifications, and handover materials.
• Develop and test automation, scripts, and custom workflows to make deployments predictable, scalable, and less error-prone.
• Deploy and manage AI and HPC infrastructure in Linux-based on-premises and public-cloud environments.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, engineering, product management, customers, and partners to solve complex infrastructure challenges.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with enterprise IT operations and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Hands-on Linux systems administration, performance monitoring and tuning, Kubernetes, and containerized workloads.
• Experience with automation or cluster management tools such as Ansible, Salt, Puppet, Bright, Jenkins, or xCAT.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Perl, plus Git or GitHub source control.
• Knowledge of Ethernet or InfiniBand networking, 100+Gb networks, HPC clusters, parallel filesystems, and software-defined storage.
• Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, technical presentation, and customer advisory skills; willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, consulting, or Customer Success.
• Knowledge of Lustre, GPFS/SpectrumScale, or DDN environments.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
