Senior Solutions Engineer (Presales) (AI)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, West Coast; only candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area will be considered. Work from home with required travel to client locations.

What you will do

• Own strategic technical account roadmaps and engagement strategies for enterprise opportunities and customers.
• Architect integration strategies across customer accounts to support horizontal expansion.
• Lead technical engagements and build trusted relationships with senior technical stakeholders.
• Design and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and proofs of technology.
• Build functional demos using hirify.global's database and AI capabilities and represent the AI suite at industry events, webinars, and panels.
• Architect reliable solutions and resolve complex technical challenges for clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical sales or consulting for enterprise AI, databases, big data systems, analytics, or machine learning.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
• Deep experience with vector and NoSQL databases, LLM integration, and RAG architectures.
• Fluency in Python and SQL, with experience using distributed database systems.
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions and understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.

Nice to have

• Experience with graph databases or graph frameworks.
• Technical understanding of enterprise data and AI/ML tooling, workflows, and trends.
