Deal Desk Analyst (SaaS)

What you will do

• Support deal creation and management from quote and proposal generation through execution.
• Advise on deal economics, commercial terms, and operational requirements for non-standard deals.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Systems, and other stakeholders to streamline deal progression.
• Optimize processes to reduce deal cycle time and improve sales productivity.
• Train sales representatives on sales tools, systems, and best practices.
• Build sales dashboards and reports, analyze trends, and maintain sales-support tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business systems, or a related role.
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, adaptable, service-oriented team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-tech SaaS company or startup.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce and CPQ tools.
