2027 Field Representative Development Program (Sales): Developing customer-facing sales and field representation capabilities through cohort training, rotational assignments, and strategic projects with an accent on Caterpillar products, dealer support, commercial skills, and regional market exposure. Focus on analyzing customer and marketplace needs, advising dealers, supporting sales strategy, and preparing for field-based roles across the EAME and Central Asia region.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; onsite five days per week. Full-time, 40 hours per week. The program includes travel of up to 30–70% depending on assignments and willingness to live abroad for up to three months for training or rotation.

What you will do
- Complete three months of cohort training covering products, services, industry strategies, communication, and leadership.
- Complete 12–18 months of rotational assignments across the organization.
- Contribute to strategic projects and develop technical and commercial skills.
- Visit dealers across the EAME and Central Asia region.
- Prepare for customer-facing field roles supporting Cat dealers and customers.
- Support machine and engine sales, aftermarket solutions, dealer performance, forecasting, sales strategy, product launches, and market analysis.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Economics, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English and Arabic required.
- Valid passport through May 2027 required.
- Ability to travel up to 30–70% depending on assignments.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, adaptability, teamwork, and data literacy.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office/O365, including advanced Excel features and simple Power BI dashboards or visualizations.

- Experience supporting or leading small projects.
- German or another third language.
- Experience studying, working, or volunteering in a multicultural environment or abroad.
