Sales Team Lead

What you will do

• Lead the retention team in achieving monthly seller retention and auction revenue targets.
• Monitor seller churn, retention performance, and root causes, then recommend corrective actions.
• Organize workflows, lead and call allocation, schedules, and coordination across sub-teams.
• Coach and train team members on retention techniques, objection handling, and the value proposition.
• Conduct one-to-one meetings, evaluate performance, manage complaints, and support employee development.
• Communicate with senior management and team members to implement operational and people plans.

Requirements

• University degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in a call center or sales environment, ideally in retention, collections, or sales.
• 1–2 years of team management experience, preferably leading a retention, collections, or sales team.
• Knowledge of call center operations, workflows, performance metrics, retention strategies, churn drivers, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with CRM, reporting tools, retention dashboards, and auction revenue tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English; availability to work six days per week with flexible hours.
