Account Manager (Food Tech)

Location: Must be living in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role is associated with the Dubai office at City Walk.

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
• Analyze sales, operational, and engagement data to identify improvements in menus, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics.
• Provide actionable recommendations and conduct regular business reviews focused on partner growth.
• Identify upsell and cross-promotion opportunities and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations teams on onboarding, campaign execution, and issue resolution.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements while monitoring service-level and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data dashboards, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Must be living in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.

• Experience in food tech, FMCG, or e-commerce.
