Service Project Engineering (MedTech)

Location: On-site in Amersfoort, Netherlands; international travel of up to 10% may be required.

Base pay: €44,700–€70,840 per year.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve service and repair processes for capital medical devices.
• Support new product introductions, increased service volumes, equipment readiness, documentation, and operational handovers across EMEA Service Centers.
• Plan and execute computer system, equipment, and process validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Lead low- to medium-complexity engineering projects and contribute to larger cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, resources, costs, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide technical support through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, risk assessments, process studies, investigations, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a comparable engineering discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, process, or project engineering, or capital equipment service.
• Experience with process development, equipment support, troubleshooting, validation, and technical documentation.
• Experience contributing to or leading engineering projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices.
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with computer system or process validation, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma certification, practical Lean experience, or project management experience.
• Working knowledge of German.
