What you will do

• Analyze service processes, work orders, field data, and order booking reports across multiple markets.
• Create, maintain, and control service engineering deliverables within the Quality Management System.
• Investigate report defects, coordinate resolution, and apply structured service engineering methods to complex technical and quality issues.
• Represent the service organization in product development projects and contribute to serviceability decisions.
• Define recommendations for improving component serviceability in line with service requirements.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, product development, and market teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of experience in service engineering, quality engineering, or product development within the medical device industry.
• Strong analytical skills for service processes, work orders, reports, and technical data.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, structured problem-solving methods, serviceability requirements, and technical product documentation.
• Experience with order management, lifecycle management, or service engineering tools.
• Dutch and English language proficiency required.
