What you will do

• Lead infrastructure operations across North America for mission-critical supply chain and corporate systems.
• Define and execute infrastructure strategy aligned with business growth and long-term objectives.
• Drive modernization across data center, cloud, network, and end-user environments.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align infrastructure with strategic priorities.
• Guide infrastructure investment planning across resiliency, performance, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
• Build and lead a high-performing infrastructure leadership team focused on accountability, succession planning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15+ years of IT infrastructure leadership experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading mission-critical infrastructure operations across multiple sites.
• Experience managing a large-scale data center.
• Strong collaboration skills for aligning technology strategy with business goals.
