Director, Cloud & Enterprise Infrastructure

What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise cloud and infrastructure strategies, roadmaps, technology standards, and governance frameworks.
• Lead modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, virtualization, platform optimization, and infrastructure-as-code adoption.
• Direct cloud, network, server, storage, identity, data center, and end-user computing environments across public, private, and hybrid platforms.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, resilience, scalability, performance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Establish operational metrics, service levels, incident management, root cause analysis, and ITIL-based service management practices.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, cloud costs, vendors, managed service providers, and a team of infrastructure and cloud professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 10 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience and 5 years of leadership experience managing infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology teams.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with enterprise networking, servers, storage, virtualization, endpoint technologies, infrastructure automation, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience leading large-scale technology transformations, managing budgets and vendors, and supporting regulated environments and compliance frameworks.
• Strong business acumen, executive communication, analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Cloud certifications such as Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional.
• ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or related professional certifications.
