Senior Clinical Solutions Executive (Epidemiologist, Infection Control, and Clinical Scientific Liaison background), (Southern Area)

What you will do

• Develop pre- and post-sales clinical strategies with distributor sales teams and internal business units.
• Educate clinicians, infection control teams, nurses, pharmacists, and other clinical staff on diagnostic products.
• Build relationships with clinicians, department heads, key opinion leaders, and healthcare influencers.
• Support product launches, trade shows, conferences, product demonstrations, evaluations, troubleshooting, and application support.
• Assist laboratories with implementing molecular diagnostic technology and collaborate with key opinion leaders on clinical case studies.
• Train channel partner field teams and identify qualified business opportunities among new and existing customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, clinical pharmacy, clinical microbiology, molecular biology, or infectious diseases with 4+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 3–5 years of related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the Saudi healthcare market.
• Foundational knowledge of microbiology, molecular biology, infectious diseases, and hematology or oncology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, selling, negotiation, clinical education, and stakeholder management skills.
• English and Arabic proficiency required.
• Six Sigma certification or equivalent quality improvement project management experience.

Nice to have

• Clinical and laboratory experience.
• French proficiency.
