Senior Solutions Consultant (eClinical)

Location: US East Coast, remote; travel to client meetings, demonstrations, and conferences may be required, including after-hours and weekend travel.

What you will do

• Act as an internal subject matter expert during the sales process, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Conduct customer discovery, develop meeting strategies, identify win themes, and assess study-specific design considerations.
• Implement and maintain demo systems and design custom solutions for client demonstrations and meetings.
• Develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations for hirify.global products.
• Provide pre-sales support and clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value.
• Support client meetings and industry conferences, including necessary travel.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a Solutions Consulting role in the eClinical industry.
• Ability to read and understand clinical protocols.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, accountability, and responsiveness.
• Ability to collaborate and think creatively in a team environment.
