Location: Onsite at 160 Elmgrove Park, Rochester, NY
Pay range: $19.00–$19.00 per hour

What you will do
- Learn and participate in clinical laboratory operations under the direction of a licensed medical technologist or senior staff member.
- Read and follow laboratory policies and procedures.
- Shadow medical technologists and perform hands-on sample management.
- Participate in instrument validation activities.
- Support laboratory inventory and stock management.
- Complete additional non-technical duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a bachelor's degree program in life science is preferred.
- Ability to meet sedentary work requirements, including prolonged sitting and fine motor work.
- Clear visual and auditory ability and sustained concentration are required.
